From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, from the Kitchen staff to Food & Beverage, the entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty. To name all the people would be difficult, but some names that have stuck due to personalized service, are Ganesh, Ashish, Shakti & Champati. Food comes first, so they made meals especially to suit our peculiar preferences. Thank you. Shrirupa took such great care of us, as did her team - Shamita, Nandini, Rohit & Swarna. At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with. The property is elegant, classy.

A beautiful property surrounded by vast well manicured gardens. The room was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and accessories. the decor in the hotel and room was very modern with an excellent blend of old temple designs and decor to reflect the city and state known for its famous temples. Check in was smooth and the morning breakfast was very well laid out. Warning for the non-vegetarians... there is not too much of variety except for eggs available in the non-veg menu. One of our colleagues had dinner at the hotel too which was a nice veg local thali with local delicacies'.

I loved the fresh vegetarian options. The food was very healthy with plenty of options.

Excellent stay as usual! Trident Bhubaneshwar looks absolutely lovely because of the low-rise architecture and beautiful gardens. The rooms are very nice, though a tad small. The food is very good and the service is exceptional....from the security guard at the door, to the reception, to the concierge, room service to the restaurant staff. We totally love it here.

This is the best hotel I have been too in my entire life. The staff was friendly and warm-hearted and at the same time extremely efficient and well-trained. Food and drinks were excellent. The building is beautiful and spacious. The park is so beautiful for quiet walks, and you can even see beautiful butterflies there. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very nice and close to the temples in dowtown.
